Property Description

The Hill Country town of Bandera is called the Cowboy Capital of the World, and visiting is a uniquely Texan experience. The Medina Suite at the Carriage House Inn puts you in the middle of everything Bandera has to offer; it's just a block from downtown, and it's right across the alley from the fabled hoedown palace, the 11th Street Cowboy Bar! You'll also be close to shops, restaurants, and other night spots, not to mention tubing on the Medina River and the Hill Country State Natural Area.

The Medina Suite sleeps four people, but we'd like to bring to your attention that the Carriage House Inn provides comfort for up to 25 guests! There are five spacious suites in the inn itself, along with a separate cabin on the same property. So, no matter how many of your folks you'd like to bring along to Bandera, there are several options available to you to perfectly accommodate everyone; not to mention you could have the entire place to yourself. Just ask us for details!

Outside the inn is a common area shared with other guests, perfect for socializing! The back yard features a charcoal-fired BBQ pit for cowboy-style feasts, an outdoor fireplace around which you can share stories, and chairs and tables for everyone. In the evenings, string lights give the back yard a special sparkle. Up front is a shaded porch with Adirondack chairs, a porch swing, and a great view of the vintage Wild West-era carriage on the property. Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed at this pet-friendly and kid-friendly rental. First-come, first-served covered parking is provided for the inn rooms, and additional street parking is also available.

Inside, the Medina Suite is highlighted by antique pieces and decor that recall the cowboy and pioneer era, and it's harmonized with touches that provide modern comfort! For example, the guest suite has efficient AC and heating units, along with tech and entertainment pluses like Wifi service and a satellite TV in the larger bedroom. The full kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with an oven and stove combo. There are pots, pans, glasses, and utensils on hand.

The Medina Suite features a spacious, luxurious king-sized bed and a separate queen bed, offering a restful retreat for up to four guests. The full bathroom includes a shower-tub combination, with fresh linens provided for both the bed and bath. Additional amenities like an ironing board and hair dryer are also included for your convenience.
