The home features one full bathroom with a shower located upstairs, as well as a convenient half-bath downstairs for guests.

The main floor offers a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, recliner chairs, and a smart TV-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea pot, dishes, utensils, and cookware. The breakfast bar with barstool seating adds a cozy touch for morning coffee or casual meals. A washer and dryer are also located on the ground floor for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the large, covered deck, surrounded by beautiful Hill Country trees. The outdoor space includes cushioned patio seating and a gas grill, making it perfect for relaxing or dining outside. The property backs up to a seasonal creek and offers a peaceful view of the natural surroundings, giving you that true Texas escape feel. Deer often wander through the property in the mornings and evenings, adding to the quiet charm of this countryside retreat. The fenced yard provides added privacy, and private on-site parking is available just steps from the front door.

The house accommodates up to 4 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests, and each additional guest is $ 25 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.
Potential discounts on pet fees for extended stays.
Smoking and vaping allowed only in outdoor areas.
Firearms, fireworks, and ATVs are not allowed
