Who We Are

We’re Spencer and Jess Forrest, owners of Backroads Reservations and longtime Bandera locals. Together, we’ve spent over 30 years in real estate, hospitality, and technology. Today, we represent 130+ short-term rentals across the Texas Hill Country — from Fredericksburg to Leakey and everywhere in between — with a hands-on approach that blends personal service and powerful marketing strategy.
